Macha earned a Masters in Management degree from Northwestern University and a B.S. in business and organizational behavior from Wilmington College. Her professional experience includes executive roles in sales, marketing, change management and product management for companies large and small, and particularly in business services. Most recently, she managed sales and solutions for a global human resources outsourcing organization.
